Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Lead to Speed ("we", "us") provides AI-powered phone agents and a built-in CRM for small businesses at https://leadtospeed.ai and app.leadtospeed.ai. Questions about this policy: hello@leadtospeed.com.
2. Information we collect
Account & contact data — name, email, phone number, and business details you submit through our forms or when an account is created for you.
Call data — when our AI agents handle calls for your business, we process caller phone numbers, call recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries so you can review them in your dashboard.
Booking data — appointment details (name, phone, time, notes) captured when a caller books with your AI agent or when you add bookings manually.
Usage data — standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used to keep the service secure and reliable.
3. Google Calendar data
If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, we access it strictly to power two-way booking sync:
What we access— your calendar's busy/free times (to avoid double-booking) and the ability to create and delete events for appointments booked through the service.
What we never do — we do not read event details beyond what is needed to determine busy times, we do not share, sell, or transfer your Google Calendar data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or to train AI models.
You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your dashboard, which revokes our access and deletes the stored connection tokens.
Lead to Speed's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. How we use information
To operate the service: answer and place calls with AI agents, log calls and leads in your CRM, take and sync bookings, bill for usage, provide support, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
5. Who we share it with
Only the service providers required to run the platform: telephony and voice-AI infrastructure (e.g. Vapi), AI model providers for transcription and summaries, cloud hosting and database providers, and payment processors. Each receives only what is necessary to perform its function.
6. Call recording
Calls handled by our AI agents may be recorded and transcribed so the business you called can review them. Businesses using Lead to Speed are responsible for complying with call-recording consent laws in their jurisdiction.
7. Retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. When your account is closed, or on request, we delete personal data within 30 days except where the law requires longer retention. To request deletion, email hello@leadtospeed.com.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and authenticated. OAuth tokens for connected calendars are stored server-side and are never exposed to browsers or third parties.
9. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@leadtospeed.com. If you are in a region with specific privacy rights (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), we honor those requests accordingly.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
