Terms of Service

1. The service
Lead to Speed provides AI-powered phone agents (inbound reception and outbound calling), a CRM with call recordings, transcripts and lead tracking, appointment booking, and optional Google Calendar sync. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be authorized to act for the business you register.
3. Plans, minutes & billing
Plans include a monthly allowance of calling minutes. When the allowance is used up, agent calling is paused automatically until minutes are added or the next cycle begins. Fees are charged as agreed at signup; unused minutes do not roll over unless stated otherwise in your plan.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harassing calls; to comply with telemarketing and robocall laws applicable to your outbound campaigns (including consent and do-not-call requirements); and to comply with call-recording consent laws in your jurisdiction. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse.
5. AI disclaimer
Calls are handled by artificial intelligence. While our agents are designed to be accurate and helpful, AI can make mistakes — bookings, summaries, and lead classifications should be treated as assistance, not guarantees. You are responsible for verifying critical information with your customers.
6. Your data
You own your business data. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. If you connect Google Calendar, you can disconnect it at any time from your dashboard.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but the service depends on third-party telephony, AI, and hosting providers; brief interruptions can occur. We are not liable for missed calls or bookings caused by outages beyond our reasonable control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead to Speed's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the platform. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
